Please contact me for my current rate. I have a limited number of spots to offer at a reduced rate. If you are in need of a reduced rate, please let me know that. Payments are made on a weekly basis.

INSURANCE

I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies. If you would like to use your insurance for any out-of-network benefits you might have, please let me know and we can talk about how to submit claims for you to be reimbursed based on your out-of-network coverage. Each insurance plan and coverage is different, so looking into your out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health counseling can help you understand if your insurance plan will cover any portion of my fee.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

In compliance with the No Surprises Act that went into effect January 1, 2022, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who do not have insurance or who choose work with an out of network provider, a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of services. I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
